The Gull’s Nest Condominiums project in Provincetown, developed by Anathan Benson, LLC, is a green and 100% affordable housing project built from the deconstruction of an old hotel unit. Under the Cape Light Compact Green Affordable Homes program, SolarWrights installed 100 solar photovoltaic modules to provide over three quarters of the condominiums’ anticipated electrical needs. Overall, the 12 affordable units are anticipated to use half of the energy that a conventional home would use.
